10/21/22 - Estate of Alton Adams Part #1

Bidding Closes: Friday, October 21st Soft Close Starting at 6pm, 1 lot closes every 10 seconds with a 2-minute extended bidding.
Preview Date: Saturday, October 15th between 9am to 12pm
Pick-up Date: Pickup will be by appointment only on Saturday, October 22nd between 10am & 2pm, make sure you bring your own help to load that can be moved by hand. We will have equipment onsite to help loading of larger items. For items that need a crane for removal arrangements can be made, however you must talk to someone for scheduling. 

Auctioneer Note if you win a lot you must take it all, there will be no cherry picking of your winnings. There will be a dump fee added to your invoice if items are left behind.
